Refund Policy

AZ Digital LLC's refund policy will be void if:

• You have selected a special package.
• The primary design concept has been approved.
• You have requested revisions.
• The cancellation is for reasons unrelated to AZ Digital LLC.
• There has been no communication from the client for more than two weeks.
• Company policies have been violated.
• Another designer or agency has been hired for the same project.
• The creative brief lacks the required information.
• A complete design change has been requested.
• The refund request exceeds the allowed refund period.
• The business has closed or changed its name.
• Refund requests based on a change of mind or internal business decisions.
• Bundle purchases are only eligible for refunds on the affected service, not the entire package.
• Refunds requested more than 7 days after purchase.
• SEO, Social Media Marketing, Domain Registration, Hosting, SSL Certificates, Paid Plugins, Copyright Registration, and Trademark services are non-refundable.
• Website refunds will not be processed once the design has been approved and development has started.
• Refunds will not be processed after final project approval and delivery.

Note: AZ Digital LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any project when necessary. Once a refund has been issued, all submitted designs remain the exclusive property of AZ Digital LLC and may not be used by the client.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Once approved, the refund process will be initiated promptly.

After receiving a refund, all rights to any submitted designs or materials created by AZ Digital LLC are terminated.

Delivery Policy

Completed projects are delivered according to the estimated timeline stated in your order confirmation. Delivery time depends on the selected service package, with most projects requiring a minimum of two business days.

For urgent projects, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Record Maintenance

AZ Digital LLC maintains records of completed projects to assist clients if files need to be retrieved in the future. Additional fees may apply for archived file retrieval.
