How a store gets built

  1. Catalogue

    We go through your products, categories and how your customers buy.

  2. Design

    We design the storefront and product pages around your brand.

  3. Build

    We build the store and connect the cart, payments and inventory.

  4. Products

    Products are loaded, or imported in bulk from a spreadsheet on Elite and Custom Marketplace.

  5. Launch

    We test the checkout, launch, and show you how to run the store.

Questions people ask

How many products can I sell?

Up to 100 on Beginners, 500 on Corporate, 1,000 on Elite and unlimited on Custom Marketplace.

Which payment providers can you connect?

We integrate the payment provider that suits your business and country. Fees charged by that provider are paid to them directly.

Can I upload products from a spreadsheet?

Yes, on Elite and Custom Marketplace, which include bulk upload from Excel and order export to Excel.

Will I be able to run the store myself?

Yes. Every package includes a content and inventory management system, and we walk you through it at handover.

How long does a store take?

It depends on the package and the number of products. We agree a timeline with you before work starts.
